NBR. Company Ltd. (“NBR”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to delivering premium services and products with the highest standards of precision, security, and client satisfaction. This Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms, conditions, and procedures applicable to refunds, returns, and cancellations for all NBR services, memberships, and deliverables.

By engaging with NBR services, clients acknowledge and agree to this Policy.


1. Scope

  • This Policy applies to all NBR services, including but not limited to:
  • Consulting, advisory, and strategic planning services.
  • Digital products, platforms, and AI or automation solutions.
  • Memberships and private networks (e.g., NBR Club, Insider, Private).
  • Training, workshops, and professional development sessions.
  • Specific terms may be outlined in individual contracts or statements of work; this Policy applies unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only available under the following circumstances:
  • Services or deliverables were not delivered according to agreed specifications.
  • NBR is unable to provide the purchased service due to operational constraints.
  • Services already rendered, partially delivered, or executed according to agreed terms are non-refundable.
  • Memberships and subscriptions may have prorated refunds only if canceled before service activation, unless stated otherwise in the membership agreement.

3. Returns

  • Physical products, if any, must be returned in original condition, unopened and unused, unless damaged in transit.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery with written notification to support@nbr.company.
  • Clients are responsible for shipping costs for returns unless the product was defective or delivered incorrectly.

4. Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via support@nbr.company or through official NBR channels.
  • For consulting engagements and memberships, cancellation terms are defined in the contractual agreement and may include:
  • Required notice periods (typically 7–30 days).
  • Pro-rated fees for work already completed or services already accessed.
  • NBR reserves the right to decline cancellations if contractual obligations have been fulfilled or if services are non-refundable.

5. Processing Refunds

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the same method as the original payment unless otherwise agreed.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on banking institutions, but typically will be completed within 14–21 business days of approval.
  • NBR is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

6. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Strategic consulting sessions already delivered.
  • AI or automation solutions fully deployed and operational.
  • Intellectual property, research, or proprietary frameworks.
  • Membership access that has been activated and used.
  • Custom projects completed according to contract specifications.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes regarding refunds, returns, or cancellations should first be addressed through written communication with NBR support.
  • If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the Dispute Resolution section of NBR’s Terms of Service, including negotiation and arbitration under Brazilian law.
